The File Analyzer interface allows the user to filter/sort results by library location, by user id, by fine amount. Individual fines are categorized as paid or unpaid. Affiliate-library specific files are generated for special fine handling at affiliate libraries.
The File Analyzer interface allows the user to filter/sort results in a number of ways
- Presence in the ILS, in the University Id system, in both
- Presence of a user barcode
- Patron type
- User expiration status
- User record updated recently/not updated recently
