Fix Duco state end time sensor name in next docs

Proposed change

This PR keeps the Duco integration documentation on next aligned with the pending Home Assistant core bugfix. It renames the remaining Mode end time references to State end time, updates the matching anchor link, and uses state terminology consistently in the surrounding text.

This mirrors the current branch documentation fix in #45754 so the docs remain correct after the next branch cutover.
