I don't understand why it is failing. Running it locally it looks OK.
But we are not touching them so I hesitate to change them. |

Restructure the 20260701 release notes to the new format (## API / ## Geodata, flat announcement bullets, drop the "API & applications", "Bug fixes" and "Announcements" wrappers) as introduced in #159.
