Promtail is now deprecated, Alloy is the new alternative from Grafana Labs to take its place.
This PR followed the official guide to migrate from Promtail to Alloy. The config file was generated from the Promtail config with the Alloy CLI.
No manual migration needed for the data, since this only depends on Loki.
