This adds a multi-bunch capable beam-beam (2D) lens which identifies bunches by their
zetaoffset, allowing to treat the multi-bunch case efficiently with a single line.It also adds a multi-bunch twiss function, which (for 4d) does the CO search and R matrix probing for N bunches by tracking 9 * N probe particles (which can run fully parallel) instead of running a 9 particle tracking N times.
This allows to iteratively find the bunch-by-bunch closed orbits and twiss parameters under the presence of beam-beam long range effects (the "TRAIN problem") and effectively integrates the functionality of pyTRAIN into xsuite. Examples are given in
