Feature Release: REST API V1.3 release

PHP's V1.3 release is out now! Unfortunately, this update doesn't autopopulate CPU and memory fields due to development constraints, but those features are in the pipeline. Until, then; we saw no reason to prevent you from using the new fields manually.

Fixed file conflicts.

Fix an odd merge operation which resulted in files certain files not getting merged. Codebase should be now up to date.
