manager: Added styles to operation list

The plain list was a bit boring, so I added some simple styles to each list item.

This takes up too much space on the page, and I'm already concerned about the long lists that appear sometimes. Can you remove some of the padding?

I'm still concerned about padding. Sometimes when a site breaks, the way to fix it is to a "fix site" operation on the site, and that has 7 or 8 actions (depending on whether the site has a database) as part of it. That's a lot of space on the page already, and this would extend it even more.

Yeah, I can see it now, let me to move it down to the bottom, and play with the layout a bit.
