Add Time Circuits app

Adds Time Circuits, a Back to the Future-inspired clock display.

The app shows:

• Destination: OCT 26 1985, 01:21 AM
• Present Time: current local date/time
• Last Departed: Present Time minus 30 years

The design is adapted for Tidbyt's 64x32 display while preserving the three-panel time circuit look, colors, indicator lights, and overall movie-inspired layout.
