241019 Bulk find and replace text for dataset

find and replace the words in a big text file as the word mapping file.

the program consists of 3 portions:

1. open the text file which will be replaced the words.
2. bulk find and replace.
3. create the mapping file from the text file for testing the program. (optional, in case of no mapping file)
