Update 07flip plugin to commit 8bcdcd0.

This update adds a couple of new tabs and polishes the item view:

• News tab - shows OSRS game-update and blog posts with a short summary, the items each post is likely to affect, and a link to the full article.
• Price alerts - set a target buy or sell price on any item from the item view, and manage your alerts in one place.
• Two new screeners - "Band Flip" and "Event Recovery" for finding range-trade and post-event recovery opportunities.
• Item view improvements - shorter 2h/4h price-chart timeframes, a hover readout showing the exact price and time on the chart, a configurable default timeframe, and options to show or hide individual sections.
• Grand Exchange helpers - the recommended buy price now auto-fills when setting up a buy, and the item view opens automatically for whatever item you're trading, then returns you to your previous tab afterwards.

Brief summary for review: this update adds a News tab (game-update posts + the items they affect), user-set price alerts (managed under Alerts > Watch), two new screeners (Band Flip and Event Recovery), and a number of item-view and Grand Exchange quality-of-life improvements (extra chart timeframes, a chart hover readout, auto-filled recommended buy price, and auto-opening the item view while trading). Updated to commit 2794e82. Since the last push this adds a round of item-view and favourites polish plus a few fixes:

• Item view now has a visible row of action buttons (auto-fill price, set price alert, lock price, open on web) so those actions aren't shortcut-only, and a cleaner layout.
• Favourites can be sorted and reordered (drag-and-drop), and show a live "buy limit available in." countdown for items you've bought to their 4-hour GE limit.
• Fixes: the sell price helper will no longer suggest a price below your break-even (buy cost + tax); the recommended buy/sell prices shown across the plugin are now sourced consistently; and a fix so the item view doesn't occasionally show the wrong item when reviewing an existing offer.

No new dependencies. Thanks again for reviewing!

Final additions — this rounds out the changes for this PR, and I'll leave it stable from here.

New in this last push:

• A new flip filter, "Bulk Margin", surfacing high-volume items with a dependable buy/sell margin
• Trades panel polish: progress bars now turn green once an offer is fully filled, and keep a consistent width so item names aren't cut off
