Didn't know that this would error if the latest allowed version is not possible, instead of just resolving for OrderedCollections v1. I guess we just re-run after all of our deps have updated the compat entries |

This pull request changes the compat entry for the
OrderedCollectionspackage from1to1, 2.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
