Update AWY report template for translation

Description

Fixes #2626

Adds {% trans %} tags and gettext() to AWY report template. I double-checked the AWY reporter module itself and it looks like all strings were already wrapped in gettext() / using .format rather than f-strings. And Claire already added the locale (thank you, @claire-simpson!)
