Added a CGPA scale dropdown selector to the Enhanced CGPA Calculator.

Changes made:

  • Added a scale selector dropdown (4, 5, 7, 10 point scales) above the input fields
  • Removed hardcoded max="10" from currentCGPA and targetCGPA inputs to allow dynamic validation based on selected scale

This allows students on different grading systems (like 5-point or 7-point scales) to use the calculator accurately.
