Adds the new RyzenAI flow (
RyzenAI/subfolder per model, Quark 0.11 +RyzenGenerateModelLLMwith recipetoken_fusion) and restores the legacy VitisAI eager flow (VitisAI/subfolder, Quark 0.9 +VitisGenerateModelLLM) from commit 1fc9679. The two flows are fully isolated and intended to run in separate environments.Per-model structure
