feat: WF-2856-cookie-banner-copy integration

This PR has been automatically generated as part of the test-aperture workflow from the PIE monorepo.

Updated the cookie banner test-bed in the v15 app to cover the new personalized copy feature from the PR.

What changed:

• Simplified nextjs-app-v15/src/app/components/cookie-banner/cookie-banner.tsx back to the typed React wrapper instead of the imperative ref/useEffect web-component wiring.
• Added dedicated routes for the overrides:
  • /components/cookie-banner/personalized-label
  • /components/cookie-banner/personalized-description
• Kept the visual Percy scope narrow by removing cookie-banner-specific additions from the visual spec.

How to test locally:

• Start or use the v15 app on http://localhost:3004
• Open /components/cookie-banner for default copy
• Open /components/cookie-banner/personalized-label for the label override
• Open /components/cookie-banner/personalized-description for the description override

Verification:

• Ran: APP_NAME=nextjs-app-v15 npx playwright test -c playwright.config.ts test/system/cookie-banner.spec.ts --project=system
• Result: 3 passed
