For anyone who wants to learn about PHP Procedural
if there are things that are not understood in this CRUD, 
please find other references to be able to complete it.

This CRUD (Create, Read, Update and Delete) uses: 
1. PHP Version 8.1.12
2. Server version: 10.4.27-MariaDB
3. Jquery-3.7.0.js
4. Jquery DataTables 1.13.5
5. Bootstrap v5.3.1
6. Sublime Editor Version 3.2.2.
