Checking by users for legacy radios would be appreciated, especially the replacement for "\194" and "\195". |

I have tested on Taranis QX7, and the special characters CHAR_LEFT and CHAR_RIGHT are NOT working. They are displayed as different characters. The edgetx version is 2.10.6. |

Implement requirement of #160 using defined special characters for EdgeTX.
