Adds documentation for the new panasonic_window_ac_hk integration, which controls Panasonic window/through-the-wall air conditioners sold in Hong Kong and Macau (CW-HU/HZ/SU/SUL families) over the infrared platform. The page covers prerequisites (an infrared transmitter entity), configuration, the provided entities (climate, nanoeX switch, Quiet/Powerful buttons), supported devices, how the IR protocol is built, and known limitations.
