Add Noonlight brand

Proposed change

Add brand images (icon and logo) for the new noonlight core integration, which connects Home Assistant to Noonlight's emergency-services dispatch API. The images use Noonlight's official ring icon and wordmark, exported as transparent, trimmed PNGs at the required sizes.

This PR also removes the previous custom_integrations/noonlight icons, since the integration is moving into Home Assistant core (see the companion core PR below).
