Simplify blog posting workflow

This submission implements the requested _drafts directory and a post template.

• Created a _drafts directory.
• Created _drafts/_template.md containing the standard Jekyll front matter.
• Fixed a minor issue in .gitignore by properly ignoring _site/ and .bundle/.
