A lightweight offline referee assistance tool for checking whether a racket covering is listed on the current ITTF LARC (List of Authorized Racket Coverings).

This tool is designed for on-site referees and competition officials who need a fast, reliable check without network access.

Decision Basis

The check is performed strictly against the following ITTF LARC fields:

• Brand
• Product
• Approval Code

If and only if all three match an entry in the current LARC list, the result is YES.

Usage (Referees)

Android / macOS / Windows

• Open LARC_Check.html directly in a browser.

iPhone / iPad (Important)

1. Do not open the file inside Mail / WeChat preview.
2. Save the file to Files (On My iPhone or iCloud Drive).
3. Open LARC_Check.html from the Files app.

The embedded data is derived from the official ITTF LARC Excel publication. This project does not modify or reinterpret ITTF regulations.
