  The version of Pekko software we're using has been upgraded from 1.1.5 to 1.6.0. This means we now have access to newer features and improvements that have been added over the versions to make our application smoother and more efficient.

Superseded by #518, which consolidates all outstanding dependency upgrades to their latest stable versions (and fixes the pre-existing versionPolicyCheck failure that was breaking CI on every Steward PR). Closing as no longer needed.
