Keep the canonical handbook in step with the published website: label it 1.3.2, include passkeys and Technitium migration in navigation, and retain existing published update and version guidance. The migration example now uses 1.3.2 and identifies which forwarding features require it. Preserve historical release dates.
Validated by building all 74 website documents and passing all seven website tests, including links, bookmarks, page size, and repeatability.
