Mapsurvey is an open-source platform for building map-based surveys — participants pin locations, draw routes, and outline areas, which makes it a handy tool for spatial and participatory citizen science (species sightings, walkability audits, environmental observations). It's free to use, self-hostable (AGPLv3), and exports GeoJSON + CSV for analysis.
