I wrote a little addendum to the
DynamicLoadingpackage module that explained changes added to support loading Chapel libraries. A warning in that section mentioned that the only comm layer that is supported isCHPL_COMM=gasnet, but we also supportCHPL_COMM=none. Fix that.Reviewed by @jabraham17. Thanks!
