Clarificaition on KITTI sensor setup in CARLA

Hello all,

I am trying to develop script for generating a KITTI type of dataset from CARLA. I have customized it from the code in this repo:

However I have some doubts about the way in which the transforms are done which I have noted here: jedeschaud/kitti_carla_simulator#9

So I wanted to know if there is any CARLA specific reason the values are changed.
