Newly added vehicle does not move even though the wheels are rotating

Hello,

I am new to CARLA and I am trying to get a new vehicle into the environment. I followed the tutorial Link to do it. However, I used a different truck model. At the end, when I run manual_control.py with my new vehicle, the vehicle does not move even when the throttle is pressed. I can see the wheels rotating and steering but the acceleration is zero.

I am using CARLA Windows Build Version and I used Blender to generate the vehicle mesh.

Any suggestions/directions could be of great help.
