This was done by starting from clean state, but I did compare to #4990 a lot, so adding @fnltochka as a co-author. This pr is nearly the same except it has fewer unrelated changes, is based on newer 1.21.11 code and marks all of the 26.1.x versions as supported.
Tested base functionality on all twelve builds for 26.1.2 with NeoForge/LexForge/Fabric.
Tested base functionality on api builds for 26.1.1with NeoForge/LexForge/Fabric.
Tested base functionality on api builds for 26.1 with NeoForge/Fabric, LexForge failed to start even without Baritone.
Goal rendering looks a bit off with goals near the render distance and
