• Supersedes Chore(deps): Bump github/codeql-action/analyze from 4.36.2 to 4.37.5 #489, which only bumped the analyze step and left init on v4.36.2, causing CodeQL to fail with "Loaded a configuration file for version '4.36.2', but running version '4.37.5'".
• Bumps both init and analyze steps to v4.37.5 together so they stay in sync.
