As noted in this PR, this link appears to be unique to service manual guide pages. In order to convert this page to use more standard layouts/partials we had to introduce some specific code just to add this link into the header for these pages.
Given that the link is only on these pages and that we have the feedback component at the bottom of every page, it feels a little redundant - ideally this link would be removed entirely, or moved out of the header of the page to somewhere else.
