The CSV preview needs to load the parent content item to get some information to render the page. However, some parent items get redirected without the CSV preview route also being updated to point to the right thing. Ideally the attachments would be updated to point to the new records, and we wouldn't have to follow a chain of redirects to find the current correct page.
