Adds examples/usb_hid_keyboard.py with a complete USB HID keyboard demo for Raspberry Pi Zero (W), including prerequisites, wiring, and usage instructions in the docstring. Links the example in docs/examples.rst. Closes adafruit#628

examples/usb_hid_keyboard.py— a complete USB HID keyboard demo for Raspberry Pi Zero (W) showing how to use Blinka'susb_hidmodule. The docstring includes all prerequisites (dwc2 overlay, libcomposite module, adafruit-circuitpython-hid install), wiring instructions, and how to run.Also links the new example in
docs/examples.rst.Based on the detailed writeup by @eightycc in #628.
