Initial release with the JSON.

openCountries.json
This file contains the iso 3166-2 country list and then some special status territories like Somaliland, Transnistria or Kosovo. They are related to the next file

openLanguageLocales.json
This file contains the main file of the project. Here the DB of languages is stored with the iso codes to be linked to openCountries. It is not necessary to link them, but unless you know all iso codes by heart, it is a good thing to do.
