1.2.9 - openJiuwen Integration

• LLM tools: Optional openJiuwen support — use create_openjiuwen_gitcode_api_tool from gitcode_api.llm after installing openjiuwen (Python 3.11+). Same GitCode tool behavior as the OpenAI and MCP adapters.

• English and Chinese READMEs, Sphinx LLM guide, and PyPI project description updated for openJiuwen.
