1. Why is my device name on the profile card "Unknown"?

SophieBot is getting the data from CRM. Go to CRM | Your Profile | Devices, check if you forgot to fill in the device name.

2. Why does the time in the "Last Seen" field use the s/m/h/d format?

It's following the convention of Facebook Messenger.
