Pi-hole Star Trek Picard LCARS Theme

LCARS Theme for Pi-hole dashboard. Written completely from scratch.

Thanks to the Pi-hole team's change (adding a page-specific class to each page), I was able to fix all the system pages. The theme is now once again FULLY COMPATIBLE with Pi-hole!

Personal note: This project was part of the official Pi-hole repo for a time, however I discovered I'm not able to keep up with the regular updates required for a large open-source project like Pi-hole. Therefore I'll keep this project separate with a manual installation.

Manual installation

Type the following commands into SSH, line by line to install the newest version.

cd /var/www/html/admin/style/themes/
sudo git clone https://github.com/MichalSvatos/pi-hole-star-trek-picard.git
sudo rm -f lcars.css
sudo cp pi-hole-star-trek-picard/lcars-picard.css ./lcars.css
sudo rm -rf pi-hole-star-trek-picard

ℹ️ [v5] lcars-picard-v5.css - older version kept for a better compatibility if someone needs to run Pi-hole v5.

Uninstall/Revert

Type the following commands into SSH, line by line.

cd /var/www/html/admin/style/themes/
sudo git reset --hard

Docker installation

Run the same commands directly in the container as shown here.

Preview

Gecko browsers (Firefox, Mullvad, LibreFox ... )

• Some cosmetics, such as login error and same height of the top tables on dashboard, don't work due to the lack of :has() support
