P2 Badge Restore top-level README heading syntax

The new prefix text on line 1 turns the intended H1 into plain paragraph content, so the repository no longer renders Taste Skill as its top-level Markdown heading on GitHub and other docs viewers. This degrades discoverability/navigation (e.g., heading anchors and page title extraction) and looks like an accidental string insertion rather than an intentional docs change.
