The Phase 6 PR's "[compat] NonconvexCore = X, 2" anticipated a 2.x release of NonconvexCore. We shipped 1.6.0 instead (non-breaking), so the "2" clause is dead microcode. Drop it; "X" already covers 1.6.x for any X in [1.4, 2) with X <= 1.6 < 2. Behaviorally identical: Pkg.resolve() still picks NonconvexCore 1.6.0. Fails loud on a future breaking release instead of silently accepting. Assisted-by: MiniMax-M3 via opencode
