Group product manager. I design systems and spec what gets built — I don't write the production code, I decide what it should do and why.

My work is grants-management platforms for the social sector, and I lead a small, globally distributed technology team. Lately I build AI agents and Claude Code skills to take the grunt-work out of product management.
