Adds the DISCO motif-guidance implementation and CodeOcean-ready 15-motif sweep runner.\n\nIncludes:\n- Hard-commit motif controller with shifted placement support\n- Aggressive soft-guidance exploratory control block\n- Full timestep trajectory persistence\n- External ESMFold scoring orchestration\n- Strict validation, reports, generated analysis tables and figures\n- Runner/docs/tests for the CodeOcean workflow\n\nValidation performed locally:\n- Dry-run plan generation: 110 planned designs (100 hard commit + 10 soft aggressive)\n- py_compile on modified runner/controller/analysis/test files\n- Built-in runner unit checks\n- Synthetic post-run analysis smoke test generated tables and figures
