Currently, the links to release show the empty releases page. To someone with only a passing familiarly with Github, this might lead to the erroneous conclusion that the binaries were removed, moved, or the read me hasn't been updated. Instead, this PR proposes just linking the tags instead, as the user will follow the link, see the populated versions, and click the desired binary version.
