Description

This PR fixes existing bugs in the Scenic to Isaac Sim interface, generalizes the backend implementation/usage for wheeled robots, and integrates a prototype interface to Isaac Lab.

Main changes include:

  • Adds support for running Scenic scenarios with Isaac Lab using Isaac Lab's manager-based environment configuration.
  • Adds Scenic to Isaac Lab terrain generation utilities and RSL-RL training/play scripts for Scenic-generated terrain (credit to @Kai-X-Org and @martinorrje).
  • Adds new Isaac Sim example scenarios, including forklift/Ackermann control and terrain examples.
  • Expands documentation with installation, compatibility, usage, and troubleshooting notes for Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab workflows.
