[superseded] test(backend): run all unit test files in CI

Superseded by #7890, which has been refreshed onto current main, removes the duplicate test_auth_redirect_uri.py invocation, and now reaches full backend/tests/unit/test_*.py coverage with MISSING_COUNT=0 and DUP_COUNT=0.

Closing this duplicate to keep maintainer review focused on a single runner-cleanup PR.
