Open-source business messaging platform (Superchat alternative) built with .NET 8 Clean Architecture. Centralizes WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, and Web Chat into a unified inbox with CRM, automation, AI, campaigns, and team collaboration.

The API project serves both the REST API (/api/*) and the frontend dashboard (/). Single deployable unit.

Prerequisites

• .NET 8 SDK
• Node.js 20+ (only for WhatsApp Baileys service)
• Ollama (optional, for local AI)

Quick Start

1. Start the API (also serves the frontend)

dotnet run --project src/API

Open http://localhost:5000 in your browser — the full dashboard loads immediately.

2. (Optional) Install Ollama for free local AI

ollama pull llama3.2

The API auto-connects to http://localhost:11434. No API key needed.

3. (Optional) Start Baileys for WhatsApp

cd baileys-service
npm install
npm start

Then scan the QR code in Settings → Connection.

Quick Start (no WhatsApp, no AI)

Just dotnet run --project src/API and open http://localhost:5000. All panels work — only WhatsApp messaging and AI auto-replies depend on external services.
