Feature Request: Add Style Variations Support

Description

We should add Style Variations to our theme in order to give users alternative design options without requiring them to modify code or install extra plugins.

Style Variations allow us to define multiple looks (color palettes, typography, spacing, etc.) that users can switch between directly in the Site Editor.

Why

• Enhances flexibility for end users.
• Provides multiple pre-designed styles to match different branding needs.
• Encourages theme adoption by making it more customizable out of the box.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add at least 2 style variations (dark.json, light.json) in the styles/ folder.
• Ensure variations cover color palettes, typography, and layout spacing.
• Test switching variations in the Site Editor to confirm they load correctly.
• Document how users can add their own variations.

Additional Notes

This will make the theme more user-friendly and competitive with modern block themes that provide multiple design presets.
