Add link to add current domain to positive list

If i am on a page and it is protected by a CDN, e.g. cloudflare, it would be nice if i can easily add the domain of the current page to the positive list of websites, where the content shall be used from the browser directly.

This way i could save some steps:

1. copy the domain only
2. open the options
3. scroll down to positive list
4. add the domain

@Strubbl, I think you mean 'domain'. The Top Level Domain would only be the last part, .de, .com, etc

Additionally, I would suggest to add a feature to the right-click-menu for current page -> add/remove current domain to the positive list, depending if it is already on the list or not.
