Installing or running the project also uses independent third-party software, including PyBaMM, NumPy, SciPy, pandas, Matplotlib, PyYAML and Pydantic. Those projects retain their respective licenses. Consult the installed distributions and linked upstream repositories for exact terms.
Battery parameterizations and experimental datasets are scientific data products with their own citations and licenses. A parameter set being loadable through PyBaMM does not imply that its original measurements, papers or associated data have been relicensed under 0BSD.
Contributors must document the source and redistribution status of every added dataset and parameter file. Files without clear redistribution permission should be represented by a downloader/registry entry and checksum rather than committed to the repository.
