docs: incorrect to use "26.04" before release #334

Description

@basak

Please describe the question or issue you're facing with "List of releases - Ubuntu project documentation".

https://documentation.ubuntu.com/project/release-team/list-of-releases/ mentions "26.04", but the release isn't called that until the release team actually releases, since it's date based and we do not know that we won't be delayed. For example, "6.04" never happened, but there was "6.06". We can make a (very likely) prediction and then change it if we have to, of course, but it is incorrect to put this on a normative list of releases, which is what this page has become since wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases was moved here.
