Issue Description

While the main SRU requirements article (https://ubuntu.com/project/docs/SRU/explanation/requirements/) cover the primary requirements, the Reference requirements (https://ubuntu.com/project/docs/SRU/reference/requirements/#) include other details that are helpful but not immediately discoverable. We should make it more apparent that this extension of the primary requirements exist.
